Not a Licensed CPA Firm
Mr. Business Financial Services is not a licensed Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firm. While we provide bookkeeping, tax preparation, and financial advisory services, we are not a substitute for a licensed CPA in situations requiring certified financial statements, audits, or other services that legally require CPA licensure.
Tax Preparation
We prepare tax returns for individuals and small businesses. Tax preparation does not constitute legal advice. In the event of an IRS audit or dispute requiring representation before the IRS, clients may need to engage an Enrolled Agent, CPA, or tax attorney. We will assist in gathering documentation and communicating with clients throughout any such process but cannot provide formal representation without appropriate licensure.

Payroll processing is performed using QuickBooks Payroll software. While we take care to process payroll accurately, the ultimate responsibility for payroll tax compliance rests with the employer. We recommend clients review payroll reports upon delivery.
